Having struggled for years with crash diets and feeling disconnected from food, I have now established a healthy relationship with nourishment. This entails eating without resentment or feelings of lack.

How I Started With This Site

Before talking about the site, I should tell you something about myself. My name is Mamun and I am 32 years old.

OK, the journey of starting this site has been quite interesting. To be honest I had no plans to create this site and share with you all the recipes I have made. Suddenly I thought of making the site.

Ever since I thought about creating a site, my grandmother helped me decide on a name for it, and most of the time she prepared the content for my website.

Mainly from Young Sheldon’s Meemaw character, she suggested to me the name of the website “Meemaws Recipe”. For this reason, I have named my website Meemaws Recipe and here I will share my various recipes with you.
